I helped arrest a shoplifter at my mall security guard job. Loss prevention and a security guard grabbed the guy by one arm each. The guy was about 230lbs, 6 feet tall and 18 years old. He was a tough guy too. I saw him starting to struggle and one of his arms was going to get free so I immediately ran over, stood in front of the shoplifter, grabbed him by his shirt with both hands, yelled 'GET ON THE GROUND NOW!', pulled him towards me and when he resisted I used his force against him by taking him in a circle and throwing him straight on his face. Then I jumped on his back and handcuffed him. He was so big I had to use two pairs of handcuffs to handcuff him. Then he kept resisting and a police sergeant showed up and used his baton on the shoplifters legs to inflict pain compliance. We had to put a spit mask on him and put him in a wheelchair to get him to the patrol car. Then the cops threw him in the back face first. They don't teach you how to deal with that in a martial arts class.

That's a stupid explanation... You can punch "through" with a punching bag... I think the only benefit with breaking boards with your bare fist to deaden your nerves. That's about it.

You can also slightly cup your hand for an ear slap. That'll likely jack their balance.

Like I said they are trained killers they will hunt your ass down whether your in Iraq Afghanistan Panama, wherever and they will kill you. Do some research on him before you say anything, He can literally kill you with 2 fingers and rip out your windpipe.
